Designs and implements UX/UI standards for public-facing and internal applications. Collaborates with product managers and Agile teams to deliver accessible, usable, visually consistent digital products. Responsibilities include user research, information architecture, workflow design, wireframing, prototyping, interface design, usability testing, and documenting user insights. The role supports Microsoft Cloud technologies and requires end-to-end product design experience across web and mobile platforms.
