Lead software implementation and customer onboarding projects for single- and multi-community deployments. Partner with customers, internal teams, and vendors to coordinate projects, deliver training, support change management and user adoption, and ensure successful go-live and long-term customer success. Travel up to 20% for on-site onboarding, training, and go-live activities.

Owns post-implementation relationships for an assigned customer portfolio. Responsibilities include driving product adoption, providing training and strategic guidance, monitoring account health, identifying retention and growth opportunities, coordinating issue resolution and renewals, collecting feedback, maintaining customer records, and improving customer success processes. The role is fully remote with 20% travel.

Implements and configures UKG Ready HCM time and labor management solutions for clients. Owns full lifecycle builds, develops customized configurations, supports time clocks, mobile punch, geofencing, and integrations, and advises clients on compliance with FLSA, state overtime rules, and complex scheduling requirements. The consultant partners with clients to deliver high-quality implementations and client satisfaction.
