Teams at Procare HR

Serve as primary client contact to onboard, optimize, and retain HR services clients. Troubleshoot HRIS/payroll/compliance issues, drive UKG Ready adoption, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure long-term client satisfaction for senior living providers.

Manage day-to-day HR casework for assigned senior living and long-term care clients: triage cases, interpret policies, support employee relations. Initially support Client Engagement with report requests, checklist/access management, and UKG navigation before transitioning to full HR Specialist responsibilities.

Current Procare HR team members can apply to transfer to a new role. A recruiter will follow up shortly after application submission.
