Handles customer inquiries, quotations, orders, delivery follow-up, account pricing, and technical support for industrial automation products. Promotes automation solutions, supports external sales representatives, coordinates with customers, technicians, manufacturers, credit, and other internal teams, and manages inventory and supplier portals. Requires strong communication, organization, customer-service, and Microsoft Office skills, along with internal sales experience and a technology diploma.

Develop, program, configure, troubleshoot, and support industrial automation systems involving PLCs, HMIs, robots, motion control, vision, drives, safety, networks, and pneumatics. Provide onsite customer support and training, create documentation and bills of materials, manage project responsibilities, and collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver automation projects on schedule and budget.

Handles customer inquiries, quotations, orders, lead times, account updates, and order expediting for automation products. Supports outside sales representatives, promotes solutions, coordinates with customers, vendors, technicians, manufacturers, credit, and shipping teams, and manages inventory-related activities including receiving, inspections, counts, and timely shipment processing.
