ProArch Benefits Overview

Conduct customer and market research, define product requirements, create user stories and workflows, map use cases to Vector’s Six Intelligence Model, and support AI-native experiences across Microsoft Teams and web portals. Analyze product adoption and usage metrics while collaborating with engineering, architecture, and product teams. The internship offers practical exposure to enterprise SaaS, cloud operations, agentic AI, and product development, with potential performance-based conversion to a trainee program.

Three-month unpaid interns build Vector, an AI-native enterprise platform, across frontend, APIs, data, cloud, and AI engineering. Responsibilities include developing product capabilities, translating enterprise use cases into software and AI solutions, writing tests and documentation, debugging, evaluating results, participating in code reviews, and improving reliability and performance. The program may lead to a one-year trainee role and eventual software engineering or product opportunities based on performance.

Design and build extract/load (ETL) scripts to move patch and RSU maintenance data and vendor feeds into a central database, create data extraction processes for reporting, produce daily management summaries, and help automate process flows and tracking.
