Support talent acquisition with high-volume sourcing, candidate screening, pipeline development, interview coordination, and ATS management. Assist senior recruiters with targeted campaigns, market research, candidate engagement, and administrative recruiting tasks to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates across specialties and regions.

Supervise and support operations across assigned health centers, travel 40–45% to sites, train and orient clinical staff, monitor compliance and operational efficiency, investigate patient escalations, support quality reporting, serve as clinical staff when needed, and coordinate with account and medical leadership to meet client occupational health program goals.

Coordinate and support clinical operations across multiple health centers, including site visits, staff orientation and training, quality assurance, patient escalation management, EMR and operational monitoring, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with account and medical affairs teams. Role includes occasional clinical coverage and up to ~40% travel.
