Deliver individualized exercise physiology care across clinic, gym, medical centre, and community settings. Responsibilities include functional assessments, health screening, tailored exercise program design, individual and group sessions, home visits, progress monitoring, clinical documentation, lifestyle education, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The caseload includes DVA, Medicare, NDIS, aged care, workers’ compensation, and private clients with chronic conditions, disabilities, rehabilitation needs, and functional goals.

The Exercise Physiologist role involves designing and delivering individualized exercise programs, conducting assessments, managing diverse client caseloads, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to promote patient health and recovery.

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will assess and supervise exercise programs for clients, collaborate with other health professionals, and manage a diverse caseload including DVA and NDIS clients, promoting functional independence.

Deliver individualized exercise physiology assessment, planning and treatment across mixed caseloads (NDIS, DVA, aged care, chronic disease, workers comp, private). Collaborate with GPs, physiotherapists and the multidisciplinary team, maintain compliant clinical notes, track outcome measures, and provide warm, client-focused care and support.

As a Physiotherapist, you will provide patient-centred care, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, manage diverse caseloads, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Provide clinic, mobile (home and aged care), FIFO (Wodonga) and regional (Sale/Gippsland) podiatry services. Manage diabetic foot care, wound care, orthotics, nail surgery, assessments, documentation, referral coordination, service development and multidisciplinary collaboration. Maintain compliance (DVA, Medicare, NDIS) and build regional referral networks.
