Processes customer orders in an ERP system, manages account lifecycles and customer portals, handles RMAs, resolves pricing and billing discrepancies, supports credit-hold resolution, prepares reports, maintains procedures, and provides cross-team backup support. The role is on-site and requires careful documentation, organization, customer focus, and coordination with Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications spanning desktop, web, and backend services. Build multi-tier systems, improve production codebases, and lead automated testing across integration, end-to-end, and performance disciplines. Contribute to architecture and technical direction while supporting cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps practices using Kubernetes, Azure, ArgoCD, Istio, Pulumi, and Terraform/OpenTofu.

Drive the lifecycle and roadmap for safety, compliance, and connected vehicle products. Translate customer and sales feedback into product requirements, manage legacy platform enhancements, coordinate engineering and go-to-market efforts, and make build-buy-partner decisions. Scout emerging computer vision, radar, edge recording, and cloud technologies. Engage enterprise customers through discovery sessions, pilots, presentations, conferences, and technical objection handling.
