Leads regional health and safety activities for hydro-excavation, stormwater, and sewer maintenance operations. Develops and improves safety programs, conducts audits and equipment inspections, evaluates safety equipment, identifies training needs, analyzes safety trends, creates corrective action plans, and audits job documentation. Requires regional job-site travel, physical ability to work at heights, regulatory knowledge, and experience with industrial safety, hazardous chemicals, or emergency response.

Supervise daily Accounts Payable operations, lead and develop the AP team, ensure accurate and timely invoice and payment processing, oversee month-end close and reconciliations, maintain internal controls, support audits, manage vendor relationships, and improve processes through automation and continuous improvement.

Oversee onboarding from offer acceptance through completion, ensuring employment eligibility, background checks, licensing, certifications, training, and regulatory compliance. Serve as the primary new-hire contact, coordinate stakeholders, maintain records, conduct audits, monitor onboarding metrics, develop reports, and improve workflows and systems. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, IT, managers, and executives while supporting DOT and FMCSA-related employment requirements.
