Drive election-related revenue across a Western regional territory by developing new business and expanding relationships with county election offices and public-sector partners. Consult on ballot and vote-by-mail print and mailing solutions, prepare accurate proposals and RFP responses, coordinate with production and mailing teams, maintain CRM and pipeline records, monitor election cycles and procurement, and represent the company at industry events to ensure secure, on-time election project delivery.

Provides day-to-day accounting and administrative support in a print manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include preparing and posting invoices, reconciling freight and postage costs, tracking payments, maintaining ledgers, supporting collections, performing month-end tie-outs, researching discrepancies, assisting audits, and coordinating with purchasing, sales, shipping, and customer service. The role requires strong Excel and accounting skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to investigate and resolve inconsistencies.

Prepare and validate customer mailing data, perform address quality and presort processing, produce variable-data print files, generate postal documentation and barcodes, reconcile counts, coordinate with production teams, and ensure secure, accurate releases to production.
