Provide intensive behavioral health services to children ages 2–21. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining family relationships, supervising and training Behavior Technicians, collaborating with other providers, and completing insurance and billing documentation.

Provides outpatient mental health assessment, individual, group, and family therapy for clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Uses evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Provides family and community consultation, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, maintains clinical documentation, follows ethical and regulatory standards, and participates in supervision and professional development. The role begins part-time with potential to build to full-time and may include telehealth and evening hours.

Provides ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and feedback to LAPCs pursuing independent licensure. Reviews treatment plans, clinical documentation, and client progress; supports evidence-based and trauma-informed care; collaborates with the clinical team; participates in meetings and professional development; and ensures compliance with Pennsylvania licensure requirements.
