Lead corporate legal matters, including governance, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, privacy, fintech transactions, employment issues, intellectual property, and corporate transactions. Draft and negotiate agreements, advise product and cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel, support fundraising and M&A, maintain corporate records, and improve legal compliance processes. The role is remote during CST/EST hours with periodic travel to New York City.

Own credit union sales opportunities from cold outreach through signed partnership. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, conducting discovery calls and product demos, managing long sales cycles, maintaining forecasts and CRM accuracy, refining outreach strategies, and representing Prizeout at industry events. The role requires building relationships, carrying deals beyond initial meetings, and developing toward a senior closing position.
