Support planning, executing, and measuring clinician and Care Center communications. Produce newsletters and knowledge articles, manage email campaigns and intranet content, maintain project dashboards, analyze engagement data, and collaborate cross-functionally to support launches and organizational communications.

Manage accounts receivable and aged AR analysis, investigate and appeal denials, make claim adjustments and resubmissions, collaborate with internal teams and practices, support care center go-lives (may include travel), use Trizetto for denial analysis and Salesforce for case management, and drive department KPIs.

Manage end-to-end payer enrollment for providers (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid); maintain status in CredentialStream; verify provider data; follow up with health plans until providers are PAR; collaborate with credentialing and RCM teams; attend stakeholder calls and escalate issues.
