Lead enterprise data architecture for Privia Health’s Snowflake platform, defining scalable modeling, integration, governance, security, and optimization standards. Design Medallion Architecture layers and healthcare data schemas spanning EMRs, claims, eligibility, and value-based care data. Establish dbt, Python, testing, orchestration, and CI/CD best practices; enforce HIPAA, PHI/PII masking, access controls, lineage, and cataloging. Provide technical leadership, design reviews, mentorship, and cross-functional guidance to engineering, analytics, clinical, and product stakeholders.

Oversee physician revenue cycle operations, including claims submission, follow-up, accounts receivable resolution, denials, appeals, and payer projects. Lead managers and staff, monitor performance and quality KPIs, identify workflow improvements, develop training, resolve escalated claims, update policies, and collaborate with physicians, care center leaders, and internal teams. Manage staffing, coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary processes while supporting strategic revenue cycle initiatives.

Leads the planning and execution of conferences, summits, webinars, and virtual experiences. Manages stakeholder relationships, budgets, contracts, vendors, timelines, risks, and event analytics. Supports large-scale offsite events, mentors junior staff, and applies industry best practices to improve event outcomes. The role requires approximately 15% travel and occasional evening or weekend work.
