Own customer relationships, account health, adoption, renewals, and expansion for Prisms’ immersive VR education platform. Partner with district leaders and internal content, technical, and curriculum teams to implement the instructional model, reduce churn, analyze implementation data, conduct content QA, and support successful adoption in secondary math and science classrooms.

Leads strategic growth through K-12 grant writing, institutional funding, and education-sector business development. Develops persuasive grant proposals, identifies federal, state, and philanthropic funding opportunities, supports district procurement, builds agency and nonprofit partnerships, and enables sales teams to leverage funding streams. Manages grant compliance, reporting, impact metrics, and multiple deadlines while translating edtech capabilities into measurable educational outcomes.

Execute growth campaigns across digital channels, social media, email, and events. Create SEO-optimized content for education audiences, collaborate on marketing collateral, manage branded merchandise direction, and analyze campaign performance using analytics, CRM, and advertising platforms. Conduct competitor research, identify growth opportunities, and support go-to-market strategies for new educational products and features.
