Teams at PrismHR

Leads customer implementations and consulting projects for PrismHR’s payroll, benefits, and HR software. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, advising customers on technical and industry best practices, managing multiple projects, maintaining project documentation, designing complex processes and merges, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams, and delivering customer presentations. The role requires substantial PEO, ASO, staffing, payroll, and implementation software experience, along with strong communication, problem-solving, workflow documentation, and project management skills.

Provides front-line support to payroll software licensees through Salesforce, phone, and virtual meetings. Manages cases from intake through resolution, troubleshoots payroll, tax, ACH, billing, and application issues, documents findings, communicates proactively, escalates complex problems, and collaborates with internal teams. The role also contributes to process improvements, knowledge sharing, training, and team performance goals.

Supports sales and customer success teams by delivering customized PrismHR product demonstrations to SMB prospects and clients. Maintains demo environments, scripts, and content; prepares RFP responses; collaborates with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales; tracks market and competitor information; and presents product value in remote and onsite settings. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and knowledge of HCM, payroll, benefits, recruitment, or time-and-attendance software.
