Implement and support clients' time and labor management systems. Assess configurations, provide solutions, respond to client inquiries, update project documentation, deliver training, perform testing and troubleshooting, and collaborate with peers.

Lead end-to-end implementations for new PEO clients, configure PEO solutions to meet client requirements, act as primary client contact, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll. Maintain subject matter expertise in benefits regulations and implementation best practices while identifying process improvements.

Provide onboarding, implementation, training, testing, troubleshooting and ongoing support for clients using time and labor management/timekeeping systems. Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, maintain project documentation and trackers, recommend configuration solutions, and share best practices with clients and peers.
