Supports marketplace growth operations by monitoring pricing, promotions, listings, bundles, stock, campaign setup, reports, and dashboards across Singapore and Malaysia. Assists with affiliate livestreams, streamer coordination, product demos, events, photo and video shoots, and KOL or media hosting. The role requires careful spreadsheet work, strong organization, customer-facing confidence, and availability for occasional evenings or weekends.

Acquire and manage homeowner, interior designer, and contractor accounts for a confidential sales project. Responsibilities include lead generation, showroom consultations, prospecting, site visits, quotations, pipeline management, closing deals, installation coordination, after-sales support, database updates, receivables tracking, and warranty issue resolution. The role requires meeting monthly sales targets while delivering strong client satisfaction.
