Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows. Build integrations, data pipelines, Service Cloud workflows, reports, dashboards, automation, and Order Management or Field Service components. Troubleshoot defects and performance issues, document technical solutions, assess requirements, estimate effort, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on scalable implementations.

Plans and executes market and competitive intelligence research across product categories. Tracks competitor pricing, promotions, products, and customer demand; gathers and validates data from multiple sources; analyzes findings; builds dashboards and reports; and presents actionable recommendations to marketing, product, and management stakeholders.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Malaysia and subsidiary roles, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, recordkeeping, and reporting. Partner with hiring managers and the Singapore Talent Acquisition team, support employer branding and recruitment campaigns, and improve recruitment processes. The role requires strong communication, sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, coordination, and prioritization skills.
