Coordinates procurement for materials, engineered equipment, and services across energy infrastructure projects. Supports supplier prequalification, RFPs, bid evaluations, purchase orders, contract administration, change management, invoice processing, delivery expediting, commercial risk identification, and audit-ready documentation. Collaborates with project management, engineering, controls, construction teams, and suppliers while maintaining procurement systems, reports, and records. The role is remote or hybrid in Houston and requires travel up to 25%, including construction site visits.

Develop new business through lead generation, cold calling, discovery conversations, and closing sales for energy services. Maintain client relationships and support ongoing energy strategies after the initial sale. This primarily inside-sales role requires approximately 50 or more prospect outreaches daily, with occasional client meetings and industry events outside the office. Advisors work full-time, five days per week, primarily from the Deerfield, Illinois office.

Leads monthly and quarterly financial reporting for multiple entities, including consolidation, intercompany eliminations, footnote disclosures, variance analysis, and SEC-compliant reporting. Conducts technical accounting research, supports M&A due diligence, financial close, audits, tax schedules, internal controls, and accounting systems improvements. Partners with finance leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting under US GAAP.
