Work with customers to schedule sales appointments, respond to internet/phone/live chat inquiries, provide initial product and financing information, follow up on leads/no-shows, use CRM daily, and participate in team development.

Greet customers, present and explain vehicle features and warranties, answer questions about cars and financing, accompany customers on test drives, coordinate financing with the finance department, and follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction.
