Own the delivery of TabPFN model releases across SAP, cloud marketplaces, and customer environments. Partner with engineering and enterprise platform teams, define integration roadmaps, recommend new channels, coordinate multi-team launches, and support listings, documentation, testing, and occasional code contributions. The role also helps shape SAP integrations and build the integration engineering team while reporting to the CTO.

Lead and scale the engineering organization, including management development, hiring operations, engineering standards, delivery velocity, and security compliance. Own platform and deployment capabilities across managed APIs, customer VPCs, and self-hosted models. Partner with SAP on engineering initiatives and advise founders on organizational design and technical direction. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring experience managing engineers, operating infrastructure at scale, and working across startup and large-enterprise environments.

Works directly with founders and the Chief of Staff to execute growth, sales enablement, automation, expansion, and people operations initiatives. Responsibilities include managing inbound pipelines, improving scoring and routing, building reporting, creating sales assets, tracking POCs, automating internal workflows across HRIS, CRM, Notion, and Slack, supporting office expansion, improving onboarding and hiring operations, and building internal tools used across the company.
