Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment. Perform troubleshooting on PLCs, drives, motors, hydraulics and pneumatics; execute preventive maintenance, document work in CMMS, support production schedules, conduct rigging/lifting, follow LockOut/TagOut and safety protocols, and provide operator training and continuous improvement support.

Lead process optimization and troubleshooting for packaging manufacturing. Use SPC, Six Sigma, DOE, and root-cause methods to reduce variation and waste. Manage cross-functional improvement projects, standardize SOPs, support R&D trials, mentor staff, oversee equipment reliability and maintenance programs, and ensure ISO, food safety, and EHS compliance.

Manage and execute HR strategy for the plant, partner with leadership on talent and performance, oversee HR programs (talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training, benefits), ensure compliance with laws and company policies, support safety and employee engagement, and act as a strategic HR business partner to achieve plant goals.
