Develops and commercializes blown film and converted flexible packaging products. Responsibilities include designing and validating specifications, coordinating with customers and suppliers, leading technical calls and manufacturing trials, supporting production, investigating material and process issues, and driving innovation, cost savings, and process improvements. The role serves as a technical customer contact and leads cross-functional initiatives involving sales, marketing, manufacturing, and operations planning.

Paid accounting internship providing hands-on experience with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; financial data extraction and analysis; spreadsheet preparation; journal entries; balance-sheet reconciliations; management reporting; and reconciliation of international subsidiary financial statements. The role requires current junior or senior accounting students able to work at least 25 hours weekly in a flexible hybrid schedule with onsite training.
