Support laminator operator with roll preparation, placement, splicing, adhesive and waste handling, NIP roll cleaning, weighing and documentation, housekeeping, changeovers, and adherence to safety protocols while working flexible shifts.

Support press operators by preparing and loading raw material rolls, assisting with splicing and rewind/unwind tasks, maintaining ink viscosity, changing doctor blades, handling waste and baling, performing pre-setups (sleeves, mandrels, anilox, inks), and performing daily housekeeping to ensure efficient production and product quality.

Support extrusion/laminating line by preparing and loading rolls, performing splices, removing and weighing startup and waste rolls, maintaining resin and supplies, operating forklifts (with license), performing housekeeping, and ensuring safe machine operation. Work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule and assist with line duties and waste/baler handling.
