Supports press operators in printing production by preparing materials, managing inks and coatings, loading and splicing rolls, handling finished products and waste, cleaning and maintaining equipment, assisting with changeovers, monitoring quality, and following food safety, 5S, and workplace safety procedures. Requires physical capability, mechanical aptitude, basic math, teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility for shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Assists the Laminator Operator with preparing and positioning rolls, splicing materials, monitoring adhesive supplies, weighing startup and waste rolls, cleaning equipment, and maintaining production flow. Performs housekeeping, material handling, basic troubleshooting, quality control, and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment. Requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible shifts, and occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays.
