Manage and execute HR strategy for the plant, partner with leadership on talent and performance, oversee HR programs (talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training, benefits), ensure compliance with laws and company policies, support safety and employee engagement, and act as a strategic HR business partner to achieve plant goals.

Support press operations by assisting the Press Operator with machine setup, material handling, ink and coating management, maintenance, quality checks, housekeeping (5S), and food safety compliance. Perform roll handling, splicing, equipment cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and inventory replenishment on a 12-hour rotating night shift. Role requires physical labor, attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.

Operate and troubleshoot plate mounting equipment to prepare plates for press production. Compile and verify job data, proof printed material, perform precise measurements, and enter records into PRISM, Excel, and Access. Monitor plate activities to meet press department needs and follow written instructions and safety procedures on a night shift schedule.
