Assists extrusion and laminating line operations by preparing and loading rolls, supporting splicing and rewinding, removing and weighing waste, stocking resins, cleaning machine components, making waste bales, and maintaining housekeeping. Requires safe machine-operation practices, forklift operation, computer use, measurement and counting skills, multitasking, timeliness, and the ability to lead assistants. Any-shift availability is required, with a 12-hour night-shift schedule available.

Supports press operators in printing production by preparing materials, managing inks and coatings, handling rolls and finished products, cleaning and maintaining equipment, assisting with changeovers, monitoring quality, managing waste, and maintaining safety, food safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards. The role requires physical capability, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, attention to detail, flexible shift availability, and willingness to learn.

Manage facility HR functions and partner with plant leadership to execute HR strategy. Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, associate relations, training, benefits, compliance with laws/policies, and drive engagement, safety, and leadership development in a manufacturing environment.
