Leads Primordial Soup’s content business, studio strategy, slate development, production, commercialization, and strategic growth. Responsibilities include negotiating partnerships, building creator pipelines, overseeing audience growth and marketing, allocating resources, managing budgets and P&L performance, recruiting teams, and representing the company across entertainment, technology, and creative communities.

Create stylized animation and photorealistic cinematic environments using generative AI tools. Collaborate with directors, producers, editors, clients, and creative teams to develop characters, worlds, and sequences for social, episodic, and feature-length storytelling. Own the generative production pipeline from concept through final output while maintaining visual consistency, narrative coherence, cinematic quality, and production speed.

Lead engineering strategy, execution, architecture, recruiting, and team development for an AI-native storytelling and creative tools company. Remain hands-on with prototyping, systems design, technical evaluation, and critical implementation. Track frontier AI, agent systems, generative media, and AI-assisted development to guide product decisions. Partner with creative, product, business, and executive leadership on technical tradeoffs, company strategy, culture, organizational design, and long-term direction.
