Primis Benefits Overview

Four-month, in-person workforce development program for single mothers combining classroom education, mentorship, professional development, and job rotations across Primis departments. Participants attend required training, complete assigned tasks, collaborate on projects, join focus groups and mentoring, and follow bank policies and regulations. The role requires reliable attendance, initiative, customer focus, and the ability to learn new responsibilities. The next cohort begins in February 2027.

Provides comprehensive HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, benefits, payroll, training, and HR operations. Advises leaders and employees, maintains confidential records, analyzes workforce trends, supports organizational change, develops policies, and ensures consistent employment-law compliance across multiple locations.
