The Mortgage Closer coordinates loan closing and funding, prepares closing packages, ensures compliance, and maintains communication with all parties involved. Responsibilities include reviewing loan data, resolving issues, and ensuring accuracy in closing disclosures.

The Mortgage Processor evaluates and approves loan applications, recommends suitable loan products, complies with regulations, and ensures all documentation is prepared for underwriting.
