Develop internal trading and dealing tools in Python, integrate with liquidity providers and crypto exchanges through FIX, REST, and WebSocket APIs, and maintain reliable external connectivity. Automate and optimize trading workflows while contributing to back-office and risk management systems. The role requires knowledge of CFD and crypto markets, financial instruments, trading mechanics, low-latency infrastructure, and effective collaboration with dealing teams and nontechnical stakeholders.

Own the regional marketing roadmap for IPBS trading markets, driving acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value. Lead localized 360-degree campaigns across paid media, creators, PR, partnerships, and events. Manage agencies and cross-functional stakeholders, optimize the registration-to-FTD funnel, support affiliate and partner marketing, ensure regulatory compliance, and use AI tools to accelerate research, content, creative production, and reporting.

Build and manage relationships with local introducing brokers, affiliates, traders, and marketing partners to drive user growth and trading volume. Execute affiliate channel strategy, monitor performance and ROI, analyze market and competitor trends, and optimize partnership initiatives. Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams and external partners while representing PrimeXBT in the local market.
