Sell a full line of building materials across an assigned territory: generate leads, call on customers, demonstrate products, quote prices, manage accounts, coordinate with inside sales, track inventory, attend trade shows, and meet sales manager review requirements.

Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, manage staffing and labor planning, enforce safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Oversee inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, KPI performance, cross-functional coordination, and development of supervisors and hourly teams to meet customer expectations and operational goals.

Promote WOLF Outdoor Living products to architects, dealers, builders, and contractors through field sales calls, product demos, training, trade shows, and market blitzes. Coordinate merchandising, support dealer sales, track contractor interactions in Salesforce, and assist with displays and events. Must travel, occasionally work weekends, and safely operate a company pickup truck while following FMCSA and company procedures.
