Teams at PrimeSource Building Products

Lead and develop inside sales teams across a regional district, drive sales growth and price capture, recruit and train staff on sales techniques and business technologies, analyze data to target underpenetrated markets, manage performance metrics and approvals, and support local distribution centers as needed.

Operate Class A commercial vehicles on local and regional routes to deliver building materials. Secure and load/unload freight, perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain DOT-compliant logs and documentation, communicate with dispatch and customers, and follow all safety procedures. May work overtime and occasional weekends.

Lead advanced setups and programming on Citizen Swiss CNC machines, edit and troubleshoot G-code, optimize cutting parameters, document setups, perform first-article inspections, mentor junior machinists, collaborate with engineering and quality, maintain equipment, and drive process improvements and safety adherence.
