Manage SAP-based operations administration, including exception reports, shipment creation, delivery scheduling, inventory movements, returns, backorders, invoices, and delivery issue resolution. Coordinate with drivers, customers, warehouse teams, vendors, logistics, and management. Support inventory preparation, reporting, special projects, and continuous process improvements while maintaining company safety, quality, and customer service standards.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, development, succession planning, compliance, and change management. Supports HR initiatives, analyzes workforce metrics, maintains HRIS data, prepares reports, investigates employee concerns, communicates policies, and assists with engagement programs and organizational planning.
