Responsibilities include needs analysis, training content development, program rollout, completion reporting, compliance newsletters and bulletins, policy updates, regulatory help desk support, and coordination with senior leaders. The role also manages training-related suspensions and terminations, supports field events, and maintains compliance resources and firm written supervisory procedures.

Plans and manages customer research projects, designs surveys, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, builds dashboards, and translates findings into actionable business insights. The role manages external research partners, integrates customer data sources, presents research to leadership, and drives adoption of insights across business units. It also supports customer experience improvements, identifies research opportunities, and mentors team members without formal supervisory responsibility.
