Reviews securities applications and trades for deficiencies, communicates corrections to representatives, updates and routes application records, tracks returned mail, runs monitoring and quality-control reports, and reconciles trades to ensure accurate processing. The role also provides training to new processing employees and requires strong communication, organization, proofreading, and Microsoft Office skills. It is a hybrid position in Duluth, Georgia.

Administers Workday, BlackLine, Planful, and PeopleSoft financial systems; maintains data loads, matching rules, reconciliations, journal entries, and SOX-compliant records. Provides user support and training, tests system changes and upgrades, resolves reporting issues, monitors account reconciliation completion, and coordinates enhancements with IT. Serves as a subject matter expert and backup for financial systems staff.
