Manage and execute software QA strategy across web, mobile, API, mainframe and databases. Lead hands-on testing and automation, define QA KPIs, plan test activities, supervise SQA engineers, drive process improvements, and support modernization and compliance-focused test cycles.

Provide executive leadership for enterprise cloud and hybrid platform engineering, driving modernization, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, observability, reliability, automation, and vendor/managed-service governance. Align platform strategy with business goals, lead multiple engineering teams, oversee operational performance and capacity planning, and ensure secure, resilient integration and modernization of legacy mainframe environments.
