Own Primer’s APAC partnerships strategy, recruiting and managing payment and service partners across the full relationship lifecycle. Build partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell with regional Sales, drive attributable revenue, and strengthen integrations and market reach. Manage executive relationships and partner onboarding while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. The role requires strong payments ecosystem knowledge, commercial focus, Mandarin fluency, and comfort operating in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

Own technical success for enterprise merchants by monitoring payment performance, mitigating integration and payment risks, debugging APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and payment flows, and leading incident escalations. Conduct technical reviews, solution design sessions, and product rollouts while translating regulatory changes into technical plans. Partner with engineering, product, support, and account management teams, and present recommendations to senior merchant stakeholders.

Own technical success for enterprise merchants across payment performance, integration debugging, incident escalations, solution design, technical reviews, and regulatory implementation. Monitor authorization rates, tokenization, routing, and risk; investigate API, SDK, webhook, and payment issues using logs, traces, scripts, and SQL. Lead technical enablement and rollout feedback while coordinating with Support, Product, and Engineering.
