Own monthly revenue recognition under ASC 606, maintain deferred revenue schedules, lead multi-entity consolidations, perform flux analysis and intercompany eliminations, review accounts payable, and manage accruals. Support new entity and campus setup, process improvement, ad hoc financial analysis, and close automation using NetSuite, Ramp, Google Sheets, Excel, and AI tools. Report to the Controller and collaborate with the CFO.

Owns Primer’s grades 3–8 math program, including curriculum decisions, learning software selection, instructional materials, learning continuums, teacher training, and program quality. Manages virtual math teachers, analyzes student and usage data, collaborates with academic and product teams, and supports math platform integrations. The role also shapes long-term math strategy, partners with campus leaders, and travels quarterly to observe implementation.

Own Primer’s Salesforce, HubSpot, calling technology, revenue systems, lead routing, attribution, data governance, and funnel reporting. Build reliable enrollment workflows, migrate integrations, establish weekly and monthly operating reports, support forecasting and capacity planning, and maintain a prioritized systems roadmap. Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Admissions, Product, and campus teams to improve enrollment performance and representative effectiveness.

Full Stack Software Engineering Interns will build and ship features for PrimerOS, a school operating system used by teachers, students, and families. Responsibilities include developing frontend and backend functionality with TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, Prisma, Postgres, Next.js, React, and Relay; collaborating with engineering, product, design, and academic teams; participating in code reviews; and delivering high-quality software with meaningful educational impact.

Lead and scale Primer's brand narrative, voice, and visual identity. Build systems for consistent local execution across campuses, partner with Growth/Admissions/Product, establish creative standards, and lay foundations for employer brand and PR.

Supervise and engage K-8 students in a safe, structured aftercare program. Implement daily activities (snack, physical activity, academics, skill-building), manage authorized pick-ups, maintain a clean environment, and communicate with families and staff while following emergency and safety protocols.

Lead discovery-to-launch product work for PrimerOS to make school operations scalable and more efficient. Partner with engineering, operations, and educators, run on-campus research and time studies, prioritize problems, design solutions (including AI), and drive adoption to reduce teacher administrative burden and improve campus decision-making.

Design end-to-end for software and physical school spaces, conducting user research with students, families, and teachers. Produce high-fidelity UI, interaction, and systems work, refine copy and visual detail, lead design reviews with cross-functional stakeholders, and help build the design system and design standards as the team grows.
