Monitors compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements. Investigates suspicious activity referrals, evaluates higher-risk accounts, recommends resolutions such as SAR filings or relationship exits, gathers supporting documentation, maintains regulatory knowledge, and supports compliance projects. Uses analytical, financial, reporting, and communication skills to conduct timely investigations and maintain effective internal controls.

Delivers instructor-led, virtual, and in-person training for financial advisors and support staff. Supports onboarding, answers technology and process questions, coordinates training schedules, tracks attendance and completion, maintains records, and updates training materials. Communicates policy and system changes while partnering with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure accurate information. Occasional travel, overtime, and weekend work may be required.

Manages a portfolio of non-performing and adversely graded commercial, real estate, and select consumer loans. Identifies credit risk, recommends risk grades and reserves, develops workout and recovery strategies, negotiates with borrowers, coordinates legal actions, evaluates enforcement options, maintains criticized-asset reporting, and supports audits and regulatory examinations.
