Deliver customer service at an airport ticket desk: handle reservations, ticketing, payments, baggage enquiries, check-in/boarding support, disruption management, and ensure compliance with airline and safety procedures.

Manage booking and tracking of aviation parts in Quantum, perform monthly stock checks, prepare aircraft preload kits, process repair orders and internal work cards, coordinate consumable repairs and deliveries, maintain parts movement records, manage stores supplies and perform daily shuttle runs to off-site facility while complying with Part 145, EASA and CAA regulations.
