Monitor Part 145 maintenance activities (including contracted/subcontracted), oversee safety and compliance, develop and run audit programs, manage hazard identification and risk assessments, investigate findings and verify corrective actions, report safety performance to the Accountable Manager, advise the safety review board, and develop/deliver relevant training.

Manage day-to-day ramp operations, lead and support duty managers and staff, ensure compliance with airline and safety procedures, handle rostering and HR processes, investigate incidents and disciplinary matters, liaise with airlines/airport authorities, and drive continuous operational performance improvements.

Manage booking and tracking of aviation parts in Quantum, perform monthly stock checks, prepare aircraft preload kits, process repair orders and internal work cards, coordinate consumable repairs and deliveries, maintain parts movement records, manage stores supplies and perform daily shuttle runs to off-site facility while complying with Part 145, EASA and CAA regulations.
