Develops expertise in payer markets, regulatory changes, provider dynamics, and healthcare innovation while identifying client opportunities and shaping strategic engagements.

Leads Salesforce CRM strategy, roadmap, administration, modernization, and operational performance. Oversees platform enhancements, AI capabilities, integrations, self-service solutions, requirements, testing, maintenance, budgets, vendors, and contracts. Builds and manages a Salesforce team while partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business transformation, automation, process improvements, and measurable value.
