Performs high-volume revenue and utility billing data entry using standardized Excel workbooks. Collects, organizes, validates, and reconciles supporting reports, maintains SharePoint and OneDrive records, documents discrepancies, tracks processing status, follows SOPs, and escalates missing or inconsistent information. The role requires careful handling of sensitive customer and revenue data, strong attention to detail, and reliable completion of recurring reporting cycles.

Maintains accurate revenue and billing records, supporting reports, and documentation. Performs high-volume data entry, cleans and validates Excel data, removes duplicates, follows standard operating procedures, identifies discrepancies, and prepares complete records for internal review while meeting recurring deadlines and protecting confidential financial information.

Supports HR operations and the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientations, employee records, HMO enrollment, regularization, and offboarding. Coordinates engagement activities, company events, employee inquiries, attendance updates, and HR documentation. Provides onsite office administration, equipment procurement and inventory tracking, expense monitoring, and document management. Maintains employee information in Odoo and collaborates with Operations and IT Support to ensure effective employee services.
