Produce high-volume image and GIF advertisements using an AI-first workflow. Research competitor ads, interpret performance reports, develop short ad copy, and independently create, refine, and finalize direct-response creative assets. Collaborate with a Senior Creative Strategist on priorities while maintaining speed, quality, organization, naming conventions, and technical specifications. Success is measured by ad performance, testing adoption, spend earned, and rapid iteration.

Supports email campaign planning, creation, scheduling, deployment, audience segmentation, A/B testing, automated flow optimization, compliance, and performance reporting. Collaborates with marketing, design, and copy teams to improve engagement, retention, and revenue. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, strong English writing, familiarity with email marketing platforms, and willingness to learn.

Create packaging artwork, website assets, product imagery, retouched compositions, and AI-assisted visuals while following brand guidelines. Organize design files and visual assets, prepare production-ready materials, and collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain visual consistency and quality.
