Own product direction for Element AI, work daily with engineering to define and ship features, map cross-business workflows, prioritize high-value opportunities, and turn priorities into clear buildable specs while partnering with design and internal AI subject-matter experts.

Own full commercial lifecycle for assigned category accounts: prospect, propose, close, and manage relationships. Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM, respond to RFPs, build proposals, collaborate cross-functionally, host customer visits, monitor orders and margins, and produce monthly account summaries. Hybrid role requiring in-person presence and some travel to support growth and customer-facing activities.

Supervise QC laboratory operations and staff, oversee raw material through finished product and stability testing, ensure cGMP/FDA/ISO compliance, lead OOS investigations and method validation, manage KPIs, audits, training, and cross-functional quality improvements to support timely product release.
