Associate Attorney supporting real estate closings, contract administration, litigation, risk and claims management, title research, property and lien analysis, loan closing files, and corporate and commercial document drafting. The role coordinates with title agents, clients, vendors, and internal teams, performs closings and post-closing work, and provides broader legal support. A Florida Bar license, JD, and 1–2 years of relevant experience are required.

Eight-week summer internship supporting accounting and finance activities within a real estate development company. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, research and analysis, operational process improvement, project meetings, brainstorming, and preparing a final presentation. Interns gain exposure to construction management, property management, interior design, hospitality, and marketing while receiving mentorship and networking opportunities.

Assists with multifamily property operations, including tenant relations, rent collection, lease compliance, maintenance coordination, budgeting, invoice approval, CAM reconciliations, variance reporting, and supervision of property staff. Supports leasing activities and tenant retention while ensuring property rules and operational processes are followed.
