Lead technical design and QA/QC for commercial and utility-scale off-grid solar PV and BESS microgrid projects. Produce full electrical construction packages, perform calculations and studies, manage in-house and third-party design teams, ensure code compliance (NEC/NESC), support construction and site activities, mentor staff, and maintain professional development including PE licensure.

Lead and manage small-to-medium electrical construction projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, change orders, stakeholder communication, onsite supervision, safety leadership, team coaching, and project closeout to ensure timely, high-quality, and profitable delivery.

Create and coordinate clash-free electrical 3D models, produce installation and prefabrication drawings, run Navisworks clash detection and reports, communicate updates to project teams, post weekly model updates, and support field construction and document control.
