Provide administrative and project-support functions for a project management group, liaising with corporate departments, managing invoicing/AR tasks, contracts, change orders, job setups/closeouts, meeting coordination, file management, and site visits to support project execution and financial accuracy.

Lead technical design and QA/QC for commercial and utility-scale off-grid solar PV and BESS microgrid projects. Produce full electrical construction packages, perform calculations and studies, manage in-house and third-party design teams, ensure code compliance (NEC/NESC), support construction and site activities, mentor staff, and maintain professional development including PE licensure.

Lead and manage small-to-medium electrical construction projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, change orders, stakeholder communication, onsite supervision, safety leadership, team coaching, and project closeout to ensure timely, high-quality, and profitable delivery.
