Provides first-line IT support by triaging tickets, diagnosing computer and network issues, installing and repairing hardware and software, deploying workstations and mobile devices, supporting remote offices and jobsites, maintaining technology inventory, and training end users. The role also handles configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, policy compliance, and technical assistance across the organization.

Manages accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, budgeting, month-end close, internal controls, and process improvements. Supports the Controller and senior leadership, develops standardized procedures and KPIs, improves accounting systems and workflows, partners with operational teams, and provides guidance to accounting staff. Construction accounting experience and proficiency with accounting software, preferably Viewpoint Vista ERP, are required.

Manage BIM planning and coordination for commercial electrical construction projects. Responsibilities include reviewing BIM Execution Plans, coordinating design and construction stakeholders, managing BIM subcontractors, overseeing model quality and clash resolution, supporting prefabrication, maintaining project documentation, delivering as-built models, training teams, and implementing BIM software. The role requires onsite presence and advanced knowledge of electrical construction, BIM standards, and modeling tools.
