Provides administrative and coordination support to project management and field teams. Responsibilities include accounting calendar management, invoicing and accounts receivable support, project documentation, contracts, change orders, job setup and closeout activities, meeting coordination, timecard reclassification, and communication with corporate departments. The role maintains project files, supports audits and substantiation reviews, trains team members on company processes, and regularly visits jobsites. Strong organization, communication, accounting familiarity, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Leads electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, safety, quality, financial performance, change orders, customer relationships, and project teams. Collaborates with field leadership and stakeholders, supports business development, resolves issues, maintains jobsite presence, and ensures successful project delivery. The role is fully onsite with regular jobsite travel and occasional fieldwork involving PPE and physical hazards.

Lead small- to medium-scale underground construction projects from initiation through completion. Define scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables; manage safety, quality, costs, change orders, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate stakeholders and project teams, resolve issues, develop critical-path schedules, evaluate cost-to-completion, support estimating and business development, and maintain an onsite presence at jobsites. May supervise project staff and travel to offices and worksites.
