Supports multiple industrial construction projects by tracking timesheets, labor reports, expenses, documentation, approvals, material transfers, inventory, project kits, submittals, and closeout paperwork. Coordinates with project managers, field teams, accounting, and internal departments to maintain accurate, timely project information. The role also requires HR and onboarding support for union and non-union employees, along with strong organization, communication, documentation, and prioritization skills.

The Safety Specialist supports corporate and remote offices, projects, and safety contacts. Responsibilities include reviewing and presenting behavioral safety reports, audits, incidents, toolbox talks, and permits; developing toolbox topics; and coordinating safety equipment, services, training, purchase orders, and vendors. The role collaborates with environmental, safety, health, compliance, and training teams while supporting safety programs across industrial, electrical, and construction environments.

Supports corporate event planning and execution, including vendor and venue coordination, budgets, invitations, RSVPs, logistics, travel, merchandise ordering, inventory, recognition programs, invoices, expense reports, records, and reception coverage. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work occasional evening events.
