Supports military and federal planning projects, including installation master plans, area development plans, site analyses, land-use planning, GIS mapping, planning concepts, graphic production, reports, presentations, workshops, and stakeholder materials. Collaborates with planners, engineers, and designers while developing skills in geospatial analysis, visual communication, and infrastructure planning.

Leads electrical system design from concept through construction documentation across diverse building projects. Performs engineering analyses, applies electrical codes and standards, coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and field personnel, and supports construction-phase services. Provides technical leadership and mentors junior engineers and designers while managing multiple assignments. Designs power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, telecommunications, paging, nurse call, and other low-voltage systems.

Supports the design and delivery of mechanical and plumbing systems for diverse building projects. Responsibilities include developing layouts and construction documents, performing engineering calculations and system sizing, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and contractors, supporting construction activities, preparing technical documentation, and providing technical guidance under senior engineer supervision.
