Perform and coordinate complex urban and community planning assignments involving land use, comprehensive planning, zoning, redevelopment, site planning, and community development. Conduct research and technical analyses, prepare reports, studies, maps, graphics, and presentations, and interpret planning regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, agencies, and communities; support project managers; participate in public meetings; and mentor junior planners.

Designs and coordinates roadway, highway, interchange, intersection, ADA, drainage, traffic control, and transportation safety projects from concept through construction documentation. Prepares plans, specifications, estimates, calculations, reports, and design models using roadway engineering software. Coordinates with clients, agencies, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams; supports schedules, budgets, quality control, and project delivery. Provides technical guidance to junior staff and assists with proposals, field investigations, and client activities.

Supports military and federal planning projects, including installation master plans, area development plans, site analyses, land-use planning, GIS mapping, planning concepts, graphic production, reports, presentations, workshops, and stakeholder materials. Collaborates with planners, engineers, and designers while developing skills in geospatial analysis, visual communication, and infrastructure planning.
