Teams at Primary Weapons Systems

Assemble firearm components using hand and power tools with production focus. Perform small-part assembly, measurements, troubleshooting, and quality checks. Follow verbal and written instructions, lift 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work independently while communicating during shift changes.

Lead site quality function and team, own inspection strategy (FAI, in-process, final), program and operate CMM/VMM, validate measurement systems, drive CAPA and supplier quality, perform audits, analyze quality data, and support NPI and continuous improvement.

Operate CNC mills and lathes to fabricate parts from engineering drawings; inspect parts before, during, and after machining; perform operator-level CNC maintenance; use measurement tools; maintain clean, organized workspace and follow lean manufacturing principles.
