Provide first- and second-line IT support to staff and students; install, configure and maintain devices; support network infrastructure, servers, WiFi and cloud services; manage helpdesk tickets; assist with Microsoft 365 and user account administration; support IT during events and across multiple schools while completing a Level 4 Network Engineer apprenticeship.

The IT Apprentice will provide first-line IT support, assist with hardware and software issues, and participate in training, gaining skills for a career in IT.

Support staff and learners across multiple college sites by delivering coaching, mentoring and training in digital skills, AI and automation. Teach Microsoft 365, Power BI and Power Automate, guide digital transformation and efficiency improvements, support apprenticeship completion, build employer and learner relationships, and provide advice aligned with apprenticeship standards.
