Support staff and learners across multiple college sites by delivering coaching, teaching and mentoring in digital skills, AI and automation. Provide training on Microsoft 365 (including Power BI and Power Automate), promote digital transformation and accessibility, guide apprentices to achieve programme goals, and build relationships with learners, employers and colleagues to improve efficiency and learning outcomes.

Provide first- and second-line IT support to staff and students; install, configure and maintain devices; support network infrastructure, servers, WiFi and cloud services; manage helpdesk tickets; assist with Microsoft 365 and user account administration; support IT during events and across multiple schools while completing a Level 4 Network Engineer apprenticeship.

The IT Apprentice will provide first-line IT support, assist with hardware and software issues, and participate in training, gaining skills for a career in IT.
