Process accurate, timely UK and ROI payroll for over 33,000 colleagues, including reconciliations, statutory returns, pensions, year-end activities, compliance, and third-party payments. Deputise for the Payroll Manager, support sign-off and risk management, lead continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with global payroll teams, and coach colleagues while managing complex workloads and tight deadlines.

Lead indirect tax and statistical return compliance across international markets. Manage tax payments, refunds, reconciliations, audits, advisory projects, process improvements, and systems controls. Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors while supporting and developing two Finance Associates. Ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with local requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Manage environmental, health, and safety operations within a Primark store. Responsibilities include fire safety, asbestos and water system maintenance, EHS audits, accident investigations, contractor and security relationships, and environmental initiatives involving energy, waste, and chemicals. The role leads a small team, coaches colleagues on safety policies, identifies hazards, and collaborates with store management to improve operational standards.
