Manage an allocated retail department, supporting daily store operations, commercial planning, stock management, visual merchandising, sales performance, and customer experience. Organize and coach Retail Assistants, assign daily tasks, oversee tills or fitting rooms, develop team talent, and promote an engaging, efficient store environment.
