Lead design, development, and maintenance of Drupal 10–11 back-end solutions, integrating with CRM/marketing systems, supporting serverless Python/AWS Lambda services, and implementing AI-enabled features. Provide production support, ensure accessibility and performance, establish engineering best practices, mentor junior developers, and participate in client-facing technical presentations and architecture decisions.

As an AI Solutions Associate, you will support AI adoption through research, prototyping, and implementation of AI solutions for marketing and client experience enhancement.

Serve as primary strategic partner for assigned client accounts. Own client relationships, lead meetings and performance reviews, analyze digital campaign data, provide strategic recommendations, identify organic growth opportunities, coordinate internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of client plans and reporting.

Lead full-stack Drupal development including building and upgrading Drupal 9/10 sites, custom module development, theme customization with Twig/CSS/JS, integrating external APIs and data, optimizing performance, and ensuring best practices for architecture, security, and reusable components.

Lead strategic initiatives for industry verticals, consulting with executive leadership to drive digital solutions and measurable business impact. Develop and manage client relationships, oversee cross-functional teams, and represent the company at industry events.
