Manage dealership sales operations by hiring, training, coaching, and monitoring sales staff. Set sales, profit, expense, and operating objectives; manage vehicle inventory; oversee manufacturer programs; merchandise vehicles; analyze sales reports and market needs; develop campaigns; control expenditures; desk deals using a CRM; and maintain customer satisfaction, ethical standards, and legal compliance.
