Supports daily accounting and finance activities, including journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, lender reserve reconciliations, audit preparation, tax support, property refunds, and investor portal maintenance. Collaborates with Property Accountants and Treasury while assisting with internal audits, cross-functional projects, and compliance-related tasks.
