Assists the radiology department by rooming and preparing patients, collecting histories, transporting patients, maintaining exam rooms and supplies, and supporting radiologic technologists. Processes patient records and outside images in the EMR and PACS, enters orders in Radiant RIS, manages imaging schedules, prepares image records for transfer, follows infection-control and radiation-safety procedures, and performs patient scheduling and check-in.

Leads strategic planning, growth, operations, budgeting, capital planning, physician recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance improvement for neuroscience and heart/vascular service lines. Partners with clinic and hospital leadership to align ambulatory and inpatient operations, improve care quality and efficiency, manage resources, ensure compliance, and support high-performing teams.

Performs EEGs, evoked potentials, nerve conduction studies, and routine neurosurgical intraoperative monitoring for patients of all ages. Records and interprets waveforms, identifies artifacts, trains in advanced IOM procedures, supervises level I technologists, and participates in continuing education.

Scans, indexes, verifies, and maintains incoming healthcare documents in Prevea’s EpicCare electronic medical record system. Ensures documents are accurately linked to patient records, encounters, or orders; performs quality checks; troubleshoots scanning equipment; maintains document logs; and protects confidential information.

Provides day-to-day employee benefits administration, including new-hire enrollment, open enrollment, insurance reconciliation, ACA reporting, COBRA, FMLA, disability and leave coordination. Maintains HRIS records, employee files, benefit communications and compliance audits while resolving employee inquiries and supporting HR operations.

Provide clinical and administrative support in an outpatient specialty clinic: room patients, record vitals, coordinate schedules, prepare charts, assist with procedures, administer meds/immunizations, instruct patients within scope, and maintain exam rooms and supplies.

Supervises Prior Authorization Specialists and Leads, overseeing scheduling, performance, training, workflow adherence, and authorization processing. Ensures effective use of Epic referral modules and work queues, collaborates with IT and the Business Office on workflow configuration and denial management, communicates payer and regulatory changes, supports clinical departments, and drives process improvements. Maintains authorization documentation, staff development, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Provide clinical and administrative support in rheumatology: room patients, record vitals, prepare charts, assist with procedures, administer medications/immunizations, instruct patients, maintain exam rooms, and ensure supplies and infection control standards.

Provide front-desk patient services across multiple locations: welcome, register, schedule, verify demographics/insurance, route inquiries, collect payments, maintain accounts and appointment workflows, and support site coverage by floating between clinics.

Provide clinical and administrative support in a cardiology clinic: room patients, record vitals, assist providers with procedures and medications, manage charts and appointments, instruct patients, maintain infection control and supplies, and use EMR for documentation.
