Prestige Career Consultants is a full-service, contingency and retained executive search firm, whose advisors have been supporting the recruiting needs of major corporations, midsized companies and startup firms throughout the United States for over a decade. We are unique in that we sit down with each client, go over their hiring needs and determine whether or not we can help. We don’t waste our time or our client’s time on searches we aren’t sure we can fill. We have built our reputation on honesty, integrity, and the ability to deliver results each and every time. 

Our process is rather in depth: we perform a national search through referrals using our vast network to find those passive candidates that best match our client's technical and cultural needs. After our team has interviewed the candidates and checked references, we determine those top candidates for our client.
We stay with the client and candidate throughout every step of the process to ensure the easiest possible transition into hiring the client's new employee. 

We believe we are much more than recruiters but Career Advisors who consult on what is best for our clients and candidates. We are more interested in finding the long term solution than just a stop gap.
