Coordinates employee training programs for a meat processing plant, including scheduling, onboarding, compliance training, training records, certifications, LMS administration, materials development, and audit documentation. Ensures alignment with USDA, HACCP, OSHA, GMP, and company requirements. Partners with department leaders to identify training needs, evaluates program effectiveness, coordinates vendors, manages related documentation and invoices, and provides administrative support to HR or the Training Department.

The QA Auditor evaluates safety and food quality programs, conducts audits, and decides on product acceptability based on audit results.

Provides administrative support to HR and safety departments: processes employee paperwork, maintains files, monitors attendance, enforces policies, communicates with staff and management, and uses Microsoft Office to perform daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
