Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot fintech applications and microservices. Architect scalable, secure systems; build RESTful APIs; implement CI/CD; optimize performance; monitor production; mentor junior developers; collaborate with product, QA, and UI/UX teams; ensure security and regulatory compliance.

Assist in developing user-facing features, writing clean Kotlin code, enhancing application performance, and collaborating on technical implementation as part of a mentorship program.

The Associate Product Manager will gather and analyze user needs, manage the product backlog, coordinate with teams, conduct market research, and improve platform performance in a SaaS environment.
