Lead end-to-end UX for a healthcare scheduling platform rebuild: research and audit existing workflows, conduct customer research, inform API design, create wireframes/prototypes/high-fidelity designs, build a design system and component library (WCAG 2.1 AA), validate via usability testing, and iterate during frontend rollouts while presenting findings to engineering and client stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales to close new logos across Managed AI, AI Engineering, and AI Transformation. Self-source ~30% of pipeline targeting private equity, VC, asset managers and mid-market/enterprise buyers. Drive discovery, scoping, proposals, executive negotiation, and handoff to delivery. Build the repeatable sales playbook for future AEs and hit year-one targets (>$2M closed-won, 8–12 new logos).

Lead backend architecture and implementation for a healthcare scheduling platform rebuild: build FastAPI service controllers and Pydantic schemas, port legacy Python services to FastAPI/SQLAlchemy, own PressW-side cloud infrastructure (EKS, networking, IAM, observability), coordinate migrations and translation layers, drive code quality and testing, and mentor mid-level engineers.
