Provide front-desk and administrative support in a fast-paced office: greet visitors, manage calls/email/mail, coordinate vendors, shipping, meetings, supplies, safety procedures, badges, basic admin tasks, and support P&C and Marketing on events and onboarding.

Lead end-to-end integrated B2B campaign strategy and execution across territories and verticals. Manage a small team and agency relationships, build campaign calendars, drive multi-channel media plans (web, email, social, paid and niche/trade channels), and own performance reporting against territory pipeline and awareness goals.
